HOW WE MAKE IT?
After designing a digital rendering of the product, a 3D printing machine builds a prototype to check the construction. Then, steel moulds are created based on the prototype to express the silicone product. Once the mould is ready, the silicone raw product is fabricated from silica (which is derived from sand) and a few other ingredients. These are mixed in specific proportions to create the product you receive. The material is placed on the mould and a high temperature is used to achieve the final formation process. After that, bag accessories are added such as zips, straps, and logo printing. The majority of the process is automated, although the final steps of moulding and construction are completed by hand.
